Villa Host will meet guests on arrival wearing a face mask and observing the physical distancing requirement of 6ft

Hand sanitizers will be provided to sanitize hands on arrival

Mandatory temperature checks will be done at check-in to ensure no one is experiencing a temperature of over 100°F or 33.77°C by the villa host or by a registered nurse when possible

Guests will be given a welcome sanitization kit with face masks and hand sanitizers

Villa host will re-enforce the required wearing of face masks by guests once they are in public spaces

Hand sanitizers (62% alcohol or above) will be available throughout the villa

Disposable gloves will be available to both guests and staff

Disposable tent card displaying the contact numbers for the Health Authorities in the TV room

New bathroom amenities like soap, conditioner, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper will be stocked for arriving guests. All amenities left in bathrooms after departure will be bagged, removed and disposed of

All printed collateral like channel guide will be single-use and disposed of after every departure

Any extra room amenities like: pillows, linen, and towels, etc. will be made available upon request

All trash receptacles will be lined with disposable liners to make it easy and safer to collect and dispose of waste

Kitchen pantry will be stocked with small single-use necessities like: salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and oil that will be disposed of after every checkout

Housekeeper is required to wear disposable gloves, mask and closed toes shoes while cleaning

Enclosed spaces like bedrooms must be ventilated by opening doors and windows at least 20-minutes before cleaning. Doors and windows should be left open throughout the cleaning process

All used amenities like toilet paper, facial tissue, soap, etc. should be disposed of after every check-out

Alcohol based cleaning (60% alcohol or above) products will be used along with approved household cleaning and sanitization chemical cleaners

All hard surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected. These areas include: door handles, rails, desks, tables, chairs, lamps, drawer handles, light switches, iron, iron board, hangers, hair dryer, faucets, toilet, remotes, refrigerator, telephone, television, garbage bins, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, kitchen appliances, kitchen crockery and utensils

Remove and dispose of all food items left by guest after departure

Sanitize all amenities including pool chairs, umbrellas and toys

Remove all linen and towels used and unused for laundering upon checkout. Bed must be stripped completely including pillow covers and mattress covers after each stay

Ensure all garbage and dirty linen are removed from rooms before the cleaning process beings

Ensure clean linen and amenities are only taken in room after it has been completely cleaned and sanitized

Wash hands or use hand sanitizer on hands after cleaning each room

If at any time the villa is occupied by a guests that becomes covid-19 positive a specialized cleaning company will be brought in to cleaning and sanitize the villa. In cases like this the villa will not be rebooked until 72hrs after cleaning

All laundry will be transported to the laundry room in a closed bag

Laundry will be washed in water temperature above 60°C

It is recommended that guests use the services of a reputable and certified transportation company while on island or get a rental car

Guests should ensure the driver of any transportation being taken is wearing a mask

Guests should wear a mask went taken any public or private transfer

Guests should sanitize hands before entering and exiting the vehicle

All payments should be done electronically to limit contact where possible

Hands should be sanitized or washed after each check-out interaction

Keys will be sanitized after each check-out

Booking dates will be staggered to allow for 48hrs between bookings
