Xhale Luxury Villa is a five-star St. Lucian villa designed for vacationers seeking to rejuvenate their mind, body and soul. This island sanctuary is filled with the aroma of ocean air, tropical flora and the soothing sounds of waves caressing the pebbled
shores below. Nestled along the windswept bluffs of St. Lucia’s famed Cap Estate, where the Atlantic Ocean greets the Caribbean Sea, the villa combines privacy and luxury to reconnect you with nature.
In this 7,100 sq. ft. estate, there are four ensuites, one being the master ensuite equipped with a soaking tub that overlooks the ocean. All rooms are uniquely decorated to add Caribbean character – inspired by St. Lucia’s lush tropical greenery
and clear blue waters each room is individually decorated with West Elm furnishings and a piece of the island.
Anchoring the villa is a cut stone feature wall crafted from the island’s natural resources. As it rains, the sounds of water calmly
enter each ensuite, filling the villa with a natural and relaxing soundscape. Sliding down the cut stone wall and entering the
indoor pond, the rainfall provides refreshing nutrients to the water lilies and indoor aquatic life that lay steps from each ensuite.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a complimentary welcome amenity.

Stroll along the open corridor from the pool terrace and onto the outdoor dining terrace without losing the scenic views the villa is known for. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean and Cap Estate’s rolling hillsides. For poolside entertainment grab the portable Bose speaker, located in the adjacent open-concept living room and TV room.

The villa has a modern kitchen that is furnished with all the high-end equipment and appliances one would need to prepare gourmet meals. The kitchen and dining room are open concept with sliding doors that open to the outdoor terrace, and a ceiling fan to circulate the cool island breeze. There is also the option of dining outdoors on the extended deck which is fully furnished with outdoor dining furniture, a barbecue grill and a fire pit.
Xhale Luxury Villa is a 10 to 15-minute drive from the islands best restaurants, including Big Chef Steakhouse, Spice of India, The Naked Fisherman, Buzz Seafood & Grill, Razmataz Tandoori Restaurant, and The Cliff. Private chef service, grocery delivery and take-out are available upon request.

Located on the lower level of the villa is a frameless, air-conditioned exercise room that walks out to an infinity yoga deck. This area is tucked beside the trees and boasts unobstructed, picturesque ocean and hillside views. The infinity yoga deck fits up to three persons comfortably. Private yoga sessions are available upon request, along with customized wellness programs.

In addition to rigorous cleaning standards, we have made disposable gloves available to both guests and staff, along with hand sanitizers (62% alcohol or above). Every guest will also receive a disposable tent card displaying the contact numbers for the Health Authorities in the TV room.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 USD refundable deposit will be required when booking to cover any accidental damages. Deposit is refunded within 10 days following departure and villa inspection.
CANCELLATION
We have updated our cancellation policy to offer more flexibility during the pandemic. If cancellations are done within a week before arrival for COVID-19 related reasons, a refund will be granted or a credit for a future stay.
Regular policy: 100% refund up to 30 days prior to travel. 50% refund 30-7 days prior to travel. No refund less than 7 days prior to travel.
